User Uploaded Content

Any documents, files, or images (henceforth ‘user-uploaded content’) you upload to the website are processed and stored only for the time that your resource is being generated. It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold all necessary rights to upload and use this user-uploaded content.  You must ensure that user-uploaded content is complies with all relevant laws, and does not contain explicit or otherwise objectionable materials.  

User Generated Content

When you use our AI-powered lesson resource generator tools, any user-uploaded content or other prompts and details that you provide in the tool is used to create materials in the specific format that you specify via the tool.  Depending on your specifications and instructions, this may include making minor amendments to user-uploaded content and presenting it in a new format or with changes or additions.

User Accounts

You may choose to create a user account with us.  In order to do this, it will be necessary for you to agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and any other relevant agreements that we deem necessary for account creation and ongoing membership. As a registered user, you will have access to certain features and tools.  We reserve the right to vary the benefits of membership at our discretion without notice.

Paid account (subscription) services have benefits that differ from those of free accounts.  We may vary the benefits of paid accounts from time to time for business or financial reasons, but at a minimum paid account holders will always have access to our full range of lesson resource templates and access to any user-generated resources they have saved to their user area so long as their account payments do not fall into arrears. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user, including paid users, who violate these terms and conditions.  In the event of termination for this reason, there shall be no refund available for any monies paid for services that have not yet been received.

Your Responsibilities

In addition to any responsibilities laid out elsewhere in this document, you are responsible for the following.  This is a representative list only, so is not intended to be exhaustive.

1. Registered users must ensure that they have sole access to their user account.  It is your responsibility to ensure your account is secure and that you do not share your login credentials with anyone.

2. Users must use TeachingAIssistant’s lesson resource generator tools only for the purpose of creating resources relating to education. Our services are not designed for other uses, and may not provide high quality resources if applied to other settings.

3. Users are responsible for checking that the content generated by TeachingAIssistant’s lesson resource generator tools is accurate, complete, and appropriate.  We make no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of user-generated content, as this depends on the options and prompts selected by the user.

Varying and Enforcing these Terms and Conditions

We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time, at our discretion and without notice. You can always find the most up-to-date version of our terms and conditions at this page. Any queries relating to our terms and conditions can be directed to brian@teachingAIssistant.co.uk.

Enforcement of these terms and conditions will be through the laws and judicial system of the United Kingdom.
